We are founding members of ASM (Aliança Portuguesa para a Promoção da Saúde no Local de Trabalho), a Portuguese alliance that helps to overcome the silence and stigma surrounding mental health, and to contribute to the adoption of work models that promote mental health and well-being.
Belonging to ASM means being part of a community committed to transforming Portuguese organizations towards adopting policies that promote mental health in the workplace, reducing stigma and increasing employees' mental health literacy.
